Public Law Project
The Public Law Project publishes information leaflets to assist members of the public, advisers, caseworkers and lawyers in understanding public law and judicial review.
PLP has adopted three main objectives: increasing the accountability of public decision-makers; enhancing the quality of public decision-making; and improving access to justice. PLP provides a number of information sheets and guides on how to use the Ombudsman service, how to make a complaint and understanding judicial review.
Public Law Project is also an active member of the Lottery funded, 'Empowering the Voluntary Sector' project. The project includes running workshops for third sector organisations on using the principles of public law and the Compact to negotiate with public bodies.
