National Debtline self help pack

Dealing with your debts front coverNational Debtline (NDL) is a national telephone helpline for people with debt problems in England. The specialist advice given over the telephone is backed up with written self-help materials. Their ‘self help pack’ intends to equip people with the tools necessary to tackle their own debt problems. It includes advice on working out a personal budget, how to prioritize debts and how to deal with court procedures. It is a comprehensive guide and includes helpful tools like a ‘pull out draft personal budget sheet’ and sample standard letters that may be needed in dealing with debt.

National Debtline (NDL) is part of the Money Advice Trust (MAT), a charity formed in 1991 to increase the quality and availability of money advice in the UK.
